i always thought a cert is just a basis for the first job you will be doing.
then after which the next co. will look at the experience in the previous co. more than the certs you have.
isnt that more important?
afterall not all things you learn in school can be applied to the work.

but i was wrong.
i heard of a company who look at cert more than experience.
so even you have 5 years of experience working in the related industry with an unrecognise cert by the company sorry they will look at the most recent recognise cert.. so may end up looking at your o level cert even if you have very good experience.

reality can be so curel.

and their recognise school is sooooooo limited..
i am surprised of some cert that they dont recognise..
oh well..
thats reality.. isnt it?
so..
work hard people..
get the cert you want in case next time tio this kind of company you want to work with. =)
